Hi
I am visiting New York next week with my wife and would like to call by your fire house. I am a operational Watch Manager with London Fire Brigade and we would like to pay our respects and if possible meet some of you. Please let me know if this is possible and if so what is the best time.
Kind regards
Rich

My husband has just retired from Scottish Fire & Rescue Service after 30 years and to celebrate his retirement we are fulfilling a dream of his and coming to your city on for 4 days on 16th March so we can see you guys celebrate St Patrick's Day. I was wondering if it would be possible for us (8 people) to come and visit you on Wednesday 20th March 2019 as we are going to be at the 9/11 memorial that day and it is our last day in NYC.

I look forward to hearing from you if this is possible. Regards

We are a group of 6 retired firefighters from the UK visiting your magnificent city May 10th for 5 nights. We are bringing our partners, so there will be 12 of us in total. I know you get countless requests, but is there any sort of arrangement where we could visit you and pay our respects. We were hoping for maybe Saturday 11th, but are flexible. We would love to hear from you, but fully understand the nature of the request maybe difficult to reply too. Is it possible to arrive on a specific day to meet some of you guys and have a little look at your firehouse. We really look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Tim Hage.

Can anyone tell me if JD is still the webmaster of the site? I've been trying for about 6 months to get a hold of him. I have some photos of Nick DeGaeta from his nephew Paul that he wanted posted into the archives pages somewhere. Appreciate if someone would get back to me on this. Till then, Stay low and stay safe brothers.
Eddie Blumberg,
Capt. FDNY (Hon.)

My name is Gene Connor and I'm an EMT with the Northport Fire Department in Northport, NY. I'm also advisor to the "Smokeaters", the junior company of the NFD.

I'm reaching out to find out about the possibility of bringing some of these young people to your station for a tour of the house. We are planning to visit the 9/11 Memorial this winter or early spring and as part of that experience I was hoping they could visit your station to get some perspective of the events of that day. Many of these members have expressed interest in joining the fire service I was hoping to find a way for them to learn first hand one of the most important dates in the history of the FDNY.

Is there any way someone would be able to help me facilitate this experience? I know this would be greatly appreciated by all of the juniors as an experience they would never forget.

I thank you in advance for any advice or assistance you could give me and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello. I was there this past weekend (Dec 8, 2018) for that day only. Your house was having your Christmas party. How much are your t-shirts? I spoke with one of the firefighters there, and he asked me to mail him a letter. My son is 17, and a volunteer firefighter in our small town. I had stopped there to get him a t-shirt (he only wants one from your firehouse). Your station (what I could see on the outside) was amazing. Thank you for all you do. (I spoke with James Gasparino. Very nice gentleman. Please show him this and let him know I appreciate him taking the time to speak with me. :!cool:
